The service was very good, including a lovely breakfast with coffee which were both amazing and maple syrup. As for me, the location was excellent and beautiful, just off Viking Centre, the city centre and the restaurant and bar downstairs/next door.
Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

the room is reasonably priced. the price is just right - us$ 140. very attentive and hospitable staff provides a good service. it boasts fantastic, incredible location very close to town centre, centre & christmas markets and york christmas market.

Besides, the location was marvellous and lovely for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Clifford's Tower. Exceptional and pleasant staff who were always there to help.

The restaurant was beautiful for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. Coffee/tea makers and a hair dryer were available here. I thoroughly enjoyed magnificent location extremely close to City Centre.

The restaurant was beautiful for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. I liked their nice beds. The hotel had an excellent location, about 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. The staff were very attentive and competent as well, would like to stay there on the next trip.

The hotel met expectation, I would consider staying here again. Had a pleasant stay especially at £ 90 a night, glad I've chosen it. The location was excellent and unbeatable, close to Grand Opera House. Close to restaurants and pubs, it was a bonus.
